Giving up anything is always hard for me. I think it's in my nature to try to hold on to what I've got. Not sure if that's great when it comes to weight, paper, and just junk in general.
So far this year, I've given up drinking my calories(juice). I have given up my diet soda. Next it's gonna be my morning caffeine, a habit I developed after my baby girl was born.
I'm going to be leaning cause I literally thrive on baby steps to a more raw and whole food existence.
Have any recipes you think will make the transition easier...please share!!
